Nations Technologies Launches N32H49x MCU Series for Precision Control

Nations Technologies (NSING) has unveiled the N32H49x high-performance MCU series, built on an ARM Cortex-M4F core. These chips deliver robust performance and high reliability for industrial control, energy storage, optical communications, power systems, and consumer electronics.

The series includes three variants—N32H492, N32H493, and N32H497—covering a full spectrum of mid-to-high-end MCU applications.

Key Performance Highlights:

  • 240MHz max main frequency with 1.1V core voltage for reliable high performance without boosting

  • Built-in Cordic trigonometric accelerator and FPU, plus Delta Sigma demodulation unit (DSMU) for cost-effective precision control

  • Up to 1024KB encrypted Flash with dual Bank, ECC, and OTA support; N32H497 offers 576KB SRAM + 256KB ECC SRAM for error correction in harsh environments

Connectivity and Control:

  • 3x CAN-FD, 10x U(S)ART, 6x SPI, 4x I2C, plus USB Host/Device with PHY and Ethernet

  • N32H493 supports independent low-voltage I/O domain (1.8V I2C/SPI) and flexible pin mapping

  • 3x 12-bit ADCs (4.7Msps), 2x 12-bit DACs, and multiple advanced timers

Hardware Security:

  • Crypto engine supporting AES, DES/3DES, SM3, SM4, plus TRNG and SMPU

  • Secure auto-decrypt access to external memory via FEMC or XSPI

  • 1.8V–3.6V, -40°C to 105°C operation, passing FESD 4A and EFT 4A tests
